| Just an open ended idea that we can post what we like to snack on while killing uglies. Post your recipe's here and let everyone know what your munching in those few seconds that we hear you gurgling before you swallow and answer on vent lol.
This one is one of mine.
Cheesecake bites.
2 8oz Cream cheese packs 3/4 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 tbl spoon vanilla Vanilla wafers.
Get a muffin/cupcake pan, and put cupcake papers in the botton of each one. Place a Vanilla wafer in each cup with the flat side down, set aside.
Cream your cream cheese and sugar together until blended. Add eggs. (for extra fluffy cheesecake, seperate eggs and add yokes. Then whip whites until thick and bubbly like when you are making a merange. Gently fold whites into rest of batter.) add Vanilla.
Portion batter into cupcake papers. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
Now you have little cheesecakes, you can top with chocolate, raspberries, strawberries, cherry filing etc...
Happy munching

| I'm a big fan of the T.G.I. Fridays quesadilas that can be found in your local grocery store's freezer section. Cook time is only 9 minutes, they taste great, and they are a non-messy finger food. So, if I drop one on my keyboard in my mad dash to cancel DPS when mirrored soul is cast, no harm is done. Dip the little buggers in La Victoria enchilada sauce for extra pew pew. | |
